The Yellowave Hove Beach House offers an open, light and airy space available for private hire on Hove seafront. The single story, wood clad building sits next to the courts. It has it’s own private outside decked area with four large outdoor tables, group seating and a small toddler sand pit. The beach feel provides a unique space to host a meeting, school group, training session or run an exercise class or have a group get-together.
The Beach House has a capacity of around 32 people sitting comfortably. Numbers allowed in the Beach House changes dependent on the type of booking and we welcome a chance to chat through your event so we can advise you about what works best.
We can offer your group a range of food and drink options, from breakfast patisseries, lunch platters, salads, Cumberland sausage hot dogs and pizzas. Please note we don’t host adult evening ‘parties’.

More info: This is a practice that builds. Each week the class moves through the same sequence. Starting with a slow, somatic warm up, moving the lymph, waking the joints, arriving in the body. From there we flow – functional movement and yoga/pilates-inspired core work that build real strength from the inside out. You choose how much you rise to meet the challenge. Then we come back down. Every session closes with grounding meditation and breath. By week six, the sequence is yours. All levels welcome.

I just wanted to thank all of your staff for making the Food Partnership Staff Away Day on Monday so successful. The room was perfect for us (the beanbags were especially popular!) and the lunch buffet was absolutely DELICIOUS! Everyone enjoyed the tasty quiches and salads and your staff were super helpful all day long; even when it got busy. The weather was great too, so being on the beach was ideal.
